Mashreq mobile provides its users with comprehensive security that includes the following features:
- A bullet proof multi-layer activation process
- Activation code access exclusively through the user’s Registered mobile number. With bank this number can only be changed by the user in person with a photo id at Mashreq branches.
- Instantaneous deletion of device access upon request at call centre (044244444).
- A minimum six character password protection system chosen by the user after registration.
- SMS will be sent to your Registered Mashreq Mobile Number along with any transaction.
- Live tracking on past/previous payments made from the user’s account.
- A password linked to your device IMEI (Device Serial Number) to login, and your password cannot be used on another Device.
- Upon registration download link sent to user’s mobile device can be used only once.
