As a Credit Cardholder you will be notified for:
- Local and international purchase transactions on POS machines
- Cash withdrawals using ATMs
- Mashreq Credit Card payments (through cheques, CCDMs, MashreqOnline, branches and exchange houses)
- Monthly subscription fees (E-Vision, Insurance etc)
Inclusions
- Customer initiated card transactions
- Transactions done on Primary as well as Supplementary cards
- Local as well as international transactions
- For every purchase transaction as well as cash withdrawal done by the customer
- Credit Cards issued by Mashreq only
- Payments made through cheques (MB as well as Non MB), CCDM, MashreqOnline, Mobile banking, Branch counter, Exchange houses
Exclusions
- Credit Card annual fees
- Fee or interest charges levied to the Credit Card
- Transaction done through MashreqOnline, Mobile banking & IVR in regards to bill payments or money transfers
- Customer availing Balance Transfer / Easy Cash
