As a regular Mashreq Platinum Credit Cardmember you earn 4 Salaam points for every dirham of retail spends in the UAE and 5 Salaam points for every dirham of retail spends internationally. And as a regular Mashreq Classic and Gold cardmember you earn 2 Salaam points for every dirham of retail spends in the UAE and 3 Salaam points for every dirham spends internationally. In addition to your credit and debit card spends, Salaam also rewards you on your existing banking products and relationships with Mashreq. Discontinuation of MashreqPoints
As a part of our ongoing effort to build stronger banking relationships and to cater to your lifestyle needs, starting April 19, 2011 MashreqPoints have been discontinued.
The last date for requesting MashreqPoints redemption voucher was Feb 29, 2012 and the last date for instant redemption of MashreqPoints at Merchant partner outlets was Apr 30, 2012. However, since April 20, 2011 as a Mashreq Credit or Debit Card member, you have been earning Salaam points on your credit and/or debit card spends.
